Description:

*Large study area with leather rolling chairs and 6 foot tables for each trainee

*Beautiful sunsets, quiet country living in a relaxing home on 100 acre Ranch, 

  20 minutes from Brayton Fire Field.  

*1200 square feet of covered porches

*ALL transportation is the responsibility of the recruit.

Monthly rate: $1040 (USD)

Check-in up to 1-2 days prior to first day of class. 
Check-out day of Graduation by 5pm.

Deposit $500 USD, Non-refundable

Balance for first month due two weeks prior to arrival (USD).  No refunds. 

Pay monthly, one week before start of the next month.

Recruit pays all service fees.

 

Due to previous bookings, the weekend of April 10-13, 2025 is unavailable from Thurs AM – Sun 3PM.  Possibly another weekend in May as well.                      Recruits will need to remove all personal belongings from their room.

 

Meal Plan available:    

Dinner - $48/week, Monday-Thursday.   Meal plan my be purchased weekly based on owner availability.

Full kitchen with washer & dryer available.  Bring your own laundry supplies.

 

No overnight guests, alcohol, alcohol containers, drugs, smoking, vaping, firearms or pets.       

Keep ALL spaces “Firehouse clean.”

 

Bedding provided.  Bring your own bath linens.

Twin bed and desk available for each student.  

Shared bath, shared downstairs space and shared kitchen.
